Deanna Stoppler
Customer Experience Expert

Deanna is a horse and animal lover who grew up in Alberta, Canada, and started working with horses when she was 9 years old. She attended farrier school in 2012 and began a full-time farrier business after graduation. Within a few years of practicing the craft of farriery, Deanna noticed the detrimental effects that horseshoes were having on hooves. Deanna decided to stop shoeing horses, sold her farrier rig and equipment, and began her journey relearning hoof care from the barefoot perspective. Cavallo Hoof Boots quickly became a staple in Deanna’s hoof care business, helping rehab horses out of shoes to barefoot. Deanna joined the Cavallo team in 2025 and shares her passion and enthusiasm for keeping horses comfortable and sound, barefoot and booted, with our valued Cavallo customers.
Deanna lives with her lifelong partner, Matt, and his two kids, their three dogs, miniature horse, and two goats on a small hobby farm in northern Vermont.
