A Hoof Crack that Just Wouldn’t Resolve…
My mare was having issues with her hooves, in particular, a hoof crack on her front left that just wouldn’t resolve. And she could get tender at times in all four because of the gravel used at the barn where we were boarding.
We used our Cavallo boots for riding, and sometimes in turnout too. They were lifesavers for us!

It is with heavy hearts that we share the recent passing of our dear colleague and friend, Christine Mutch. Christine had been a valued member of the Cavallo family for many years. In fact, her journey with us began as the silk screen contractor during the early days, when I was designing rider garments.
She passed unexpectedly due to a series of unforeseen complications while in the hospital. Christine is survived by her loving husband and three sons.
She was cherished by our entire Cavallo team and by countless riders and horses whose lives were enriched by her deep knowledge of hoof care, her passion for barefoot horses, and her belief in the benefits of Cavallo Boots.
