Tom Lloyd, had the privilege of interviewing Queen Elizabeth II’s former Groom, Terry Pendry, on his Fell Pony Podcast.

What a thrill to see our boots featured in the People Magazine Special Edition celebrating Beyoncé’s Cowboy Carter era! Flipping through those pages and spotting Beyoncé on a horse proudly sporting Cavallo Trek Boots feels like a dream come true for our small, passionate team!

This journey started with Beyoncé’s spectacular “Beyoncé Bowl” halftime show on Christmas Day, 2024. Just days before the show, the production team discovered the concrete ramps of the stadium were too slick for safe riding and reached out to Cavallo for help. Our team raced against the clock to get them boots in time — and they dazzled the crowd without a single slip! This article is proof that passion for horse welfare can shine all the way onto the world’s biggest stage!

“What are you wearing?” has been a much-criticized question on the red carpet these days, but we found ourselves yelling it out when we watched the 2023 Oscars! Out trotted a lovely donkey at Jimmy Kimmel‘s side, wearing our Cavallo CLB (Cute Little Boots)!

This beautiful little donkey was actually a stand-in for Jenny and Rosie, who were the two Irish donkeys that starred in the film The Banshees of Inisherin. The film also stars Colin Farrell and Brendan Gleeson and received nine nominations at the award ceremony.

We found out the full story from Mary Rose at Honey’s Mini Therapy Adventures: “They contacted us and asked if we’d film a commercial. I, of course, said yes! I explained that Sprinkles would need to wear his CLB boots for the set. I would forego all gear except that!
