The Cavallo “Keeping it Reel” Challenge! 📹
Carole recently handed a few members of the Cavallo team a folder full of fantastic Cavallo video clips and one creative mission: to each turn the clips into a reel that’s fun, fresh, and impossible not to watch! The catch? Everyone received the exact same footage — but each person had to bring their own personality, humour, and style to the edit. The result is three wildly different videos that perfectly capture the heart of Cavallo! Because at the end of the day, Cavallo isn’t just about hoof boots. It’s about the people, the horses, and the joy we all share along the ride.
Now it’s your turn to join in! 🎬 Watch all three “Keeping It Reel” challenge videos and cast your vote for your favourite creation by clicking the button below! We’ll reveal the winning reel — and the crowned Cavallo video champion — in our next newsletter! Enjoy!

Cavallo Case Study:
Returning a Senior Pony to Comfort and Work After Laminitis
If you’ve ever watched a beloved horse or pony struggle to walk comfortably and felt the heartbreak of seeing them stiff, sore, or reluctant to move… Or if you’ve worried about what the future holds for an aging horse dealing with Laminitis – this story will speak directly to you.
Laminitis can feel overwhelming. The pain, the setbacks, the constant management, and the fear that your horse may never fully return to comfort or activity again can leave you feeling helpless.
In this inspiring case study, you’ll meet Knight — a 22-year-old pony with a long history of Laminitis who faced one of his toughest episodes yet. Discover how a thoughtful recovery plan, dedicated owners, and the right hoof support helped him regain comfort, mobility, and even return to doing the work he loves!
Use blue side arrows or dots to advance Knight’s story slides below:
Knight’s journey proves that Laminitis doesn’t have to mean the end of comfort or activity – even for an older equine. With the right care and support, recovery is possible — and his Cavallo Hoof Boots played a vital role in helping him stay comfortable, mobile, and protected every step of the way. Because when horses can move comfortably, healing can truly begin!
Wishing you many happy trails,

President and Founder of Cavallo Horse & Rider Inc
I’ve spent the past 20 years dedicated to one simple idea: horses deserve comfort, freedom, and a voice in how we care for them.
What began as a search for better hoof protection became Cavallo — and a global community of riders who believe in working with their horses, not against them.
I’m still learning, still listening, and still inspired every day by what horses teach us.
