Croatia’s Nikola Borić and Zorana Vujatovi sold everything off to leave their home and their old life behind. But they took the most important things with them: their animals.
Horses, dogs, cats, goats, chickens and even a sheep (!) make up this wonderfully unconventional travelling family, slowly making their way on Cavallo-booted horses from Croatia toward the Atlantic Ocean. No deadlines. No rulebook. Just 17 souls setting their own pace, finding their own path, and discovering what happens when you’re brave enough to build a life around adventure and what matters most:

Picasso’s Steps are Now a Little Less Tender… 🤍
“When your pony is sick with Laminitis, you wish you could speed up time and pray for a positive outcome!
Reality looks different: recovering from Laminitis takes time, and it goes with ups and downs… be patient, find help. 🤍We are not there yet, but getting there slowly. I believe in a positive end. 🤍
In our case, the Spring grass was the culprit, so this year our horses almost didn’t come out in the field, and we started to give Picasso support for better sugar processing. We also gave him Simple Hoof boots from Cavallo to help him move in a comfortable way. 🙏

Two Winners… But the Donkeys Stole the Show!
Did you enter your donkey? We were thrilled by the response to our “Twinning is Winning” Contest! Donkey lovers sent us photos of their beautiful long-eared friends for a chance to win the ultimate matching footwear: Cavallo LEB Long Ear Hoof Boots for their donkey and a pair of cozy donkey slippers for their human! 🫏 We wished we could have made every donkey (and human) a winner, but in the end, we could only choose two winners at random: Alyson & Beans, and Lori & Nester!
