To be approved for an exchange, refund, or warranty claim, photos showing the the product(s) AND packaging current condition must be uploaded here. Please include photos showing all boots (or products) involved, showing ALL angles, (as well as boot soles, if applicable). *Please note: for a hoof boot or product exchange, all products, packaging and any promotional items originally included must be returned in “as new” condition, ready to sell to the next customer.
